It works great
We moved from the country to the city, we were use to fresh well water right out of the Ogallala aquifer it tasted great and was always cold. City water stinks I mean it really smells bad and it taste awful! with this filter we can drink the water of course it will never be well water but it has done the trick. Our water no longer smells and taste fine.

Not very good at all
We bought this for my daughter's condo. It seemed like a good deal, so much less expensive than the other whole house filters, and it is just a small condo. But it turned out to be a waste of money. It didn't help improve the quality of the water.
