Quick, Easy Installation
In a matter of minutes, the Zuvo Water Purator can be installed on a traditional kitchen faucet, or if you have a non-standard or pull-out faucet, the Purator can be connected to under-the-counter plumbing with a Butler Faucet Kit (sold separately). Installing the Purator is straight forward and can be completed without the need for plumbing tools.

Better for Your Health
The Zuvo 'puration' process reduces contaminants from tap water sources. The process filters impurities gained on the journey from your water treatment plant or well through the pipes in your house to the tap in your kitchen--while preserving the water's natural and healthy mineral content.

The Zuvo Water Purator mimics nature's water cleansing process by exposing tap water to ultraviolet light and ozone, effectively reducing water-borne bacteria and microbes, trapping particles and dissolved solids in a carbon filter, and exposing the filtered water to a final ultraviolet pass before it leaves the unit.

When the unit is on, you can see the process working. The patented puration process oxygenates the water while reducing bad taste and potentially unhealthy contaminants. The Zuvo Water Purator reduces 99 percent of lead, and 99.9 percent of cysts. It also offers a 99 percent reduction of chlorine taste and odor.

Better for Your Wallet and Better for the Planet
Over time, Zuvo costs a fraction of what you'd spend on bottled water or pitcher filters, and with Zuvo you can make a difference by not adding to the more than 60 million plastic bottles that end up in landfills every year.

Once the Zuvo Purator is installed, you'll get healthy water for as little as $.06/gallon versus as much as $.20/gallon for pitcher water and over $1.00/gallon for bottled water. (These savings assume two years of ownership based on 1,000 gallons/year water consumption).

The Zuvo Water Purator offers a filter life of 500 gallons (1,900 liters) or six months depending on use. The Purator also offers an ultraviolet lamp life of 10,000 on/off cycles or three years depending on use. The Zuvo Water Purator measures 4.75 x 4.5 x 16.0 inches and weighs just 1.9 pounds. The unit is designed to work with water temperatures ranging from 4 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit (4 to 38 degrees Celsius).

This Zuvo Water Purator is backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty, and it comes with a free filter--providing 1,000 gallons of fresh Zuvo water.

What's in the Box
Activated carbon filter (installed), adapter/diverter for standard faucets, and owner's manual.

The Zuvo Water Purator is a great alternative to the waste, expense, and environmental impact of bottled or pitcher water.

BE PREPARED
Rest assured ZuvoWater Company's idea of "customer service" and "quality products" are mere SCARE TACTICS and ones they will only employ after staff meetings, committee meetings, board meetings, my-people-will-tell-people, I'll-call-you-right-back (in the next life), email-tag and hair pulling on the customer's part. They will only use it as a last resort, maybe...

After receiving a defective unit (UV failed to initiate), it took almost 2 weeks of waiting for someone from ZuvoWater to connect with me via telephone. Their website does not offer email contact - they must email you first. Nothing about ZuvoWater is user-friendly.

1) Upon contact be prepared to play "hot potato" and the "Customer-is-Stupid-Troubleshooting" for AN ALREADY KNOWN PROBLEM, which was eventually described to me as a manufacturing defect - the prongs on the plug-in are not long enough to receive proper electrical current to activate the UV process. Okay, sure.

2) They will...

Zuvo 3.0
I admit that I am becoming hooked on the Zuvo water. We had friends and family over last weekend for dinner and I served Zuvo water to everyone. Without exception, everyone agreed it tasted terrific.

I recently needed a second Zuvo Purator and so I purchased the newest version; the ZPD130 V3.0. The only difference between the 3.0 and it's predecessor, the 2.5, is some design and style changes. Overall, the 3.0 has a very slick design.

Installation was straight forward, since I already had a soap dispenser that I replaced with the Butler Faucet. I confess that if I had needed to drill through my counter-top, I would have called in a plumber.

Bottom line-

1.) I like the taste of Zuvo water better than bottled water.
2.) I am saving money since I no longer buy the high-priced bottled water that likely came from a tap anyway.
3.) I'm not a tree-huger but I like the fact that I am no longer adding plastic water bottles to...
consumer review
I would have to agree with some of the comments made here regarding the legitimacy of some of the reviews posted. They definitely sound like ads! My brother purchased the zuvo off amazon's deal of the day and since it wouldn't work with his setup, I decided to give it a try at my home.

Pros: Price of filters over a 2 year period is lower than typical pitcher or faucet mount filter systems. Water tastes softer than pitcher or faucet mount units, even better than reverse osmosis unit. Easy set-up. UV light to kill bacteria.

Cons: Manufacturer doesn't seem to have an established reputation for customer service or product support. Unit looks big sitting on counter top and has a power cord to deal with. Rate of flow is not much better than faucet mount unit.

Overall, I am happy with the unit. I have no way to test the quality of filtration, but the water does taste better than the faucet mount Pur that we were using. My wife doesn't like the big...
