So glad we found this water pitcher
We really like the Seychelle water pitcher and would give it five stars except that it is heavy and a little awkward at first to use. After using it for months though, I can lift it without any problems (must have developed muscles). We were using a lot of bottled water before, and now we are saving money and feeling safer using this pitcher.

Water taste good but filter clogged !
The Picher is fine.. however once we started using it.. the filter clogged. So I did as the instructions stated using the red plastic plunger and tried to fix it but it just doesnt work. This is my first review that iv'e written> Im Just disappointed because i really wanted to contiue to drink better water for my family. Its important.
Now it still filters water but it takes maybe 4-5 hours to do so..
The filter clogged
I got this filer and it clogged after 1 month of using. I called the company (AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE) nd they sent me a new one, which after a month was clogged as well. I followed the istructions, flashed it for 10 min but unfortunately the filter didnt perform as it should. I called the company and they are sending a regular filter for me (for free).
If you have any issues just call Seychelle. Nice people and want to make you happy.
