Excellent Performance - First Time Using UV
After a simple bacteria test on my well water came back positive for microbes, I decided to get a whole house water purification system. I already have a water softener system and two filter pods. This is important because the system REQUIRES that you have a <5 micron filter. So one filter is a pre-filter (sediment filter) - and the next is the required <5 micron filter.

The system requires that you have plumber install it. Even as a handy DYI-er, I wouldn't try installing it alone. My friend who is a plumber finished the job in about 2 hours with minimal fuss.

I retested the water using the same bacteria test, and now its completely clear. There is a bulb life of 1 year - and the display counts down the days until you need to replace the bulb. Its a simple, yet elegant system.

Best filter
When I need to replace the filter for my cuno whole house filter system. I use the Aqua Pure filter. It eliminates all the chlorine from my water and I have the best water around. Without this filter all you smell is the chlorine. I hated taking showers or cooking when my filters ran out. They tend to be more expensive then anything I could find at the local home improvement stores but, the quality of the filter is far more superior than anything these stores carried.

New brand
This was replacement brand for my Aquapure Waterpic10 filter system that is about 10 or more years old. Perfect replacement.
good. reduces smell
keeps the smell out of my well water, which smells without it. the water can be pretty dirty (definately nonpotable), so it doesn't make the water clear. although the water has been clear lately (but we are just pulling up better water out of the well)

Love it!
Bought this for my girlfriend and installed it myself. Only had to run to the hardware store one time and total install time was about two hours. Water tastes great, even my teenager likes the taste! The unit is not horribly big but did need under sink rearranging to accomodate it. Quiet unit, faucet is sharp looking and now puts the other one to shame. Guess ill have to upgrade that as well! A great buy and shipped fast.

The Real Deal - Truly Legitimate Water Filtration
Expensive, but does a fantastic job of making your water clean and tasty.

Compared to the Shaklee, Crystal Quest, Aquasana, Zuvo, Pure, ZeroWater, Culligan, and Brita filters... it does just as good if not better in ALL areas.

Like I said, it is expensive, and the Shaklee probably provides the closest in removal of toxins and odor/taste, however the water flow on this Amway eSpring is superior.

It is a small difference in quality, depending on what your priorities are. Nevertheless, the options I would recommend would be this Amway eSpring, or the Shaklee BestWater.

Great water filter.
I love how this product lights up and tells you how it's doing & when it needs a new filter. Much easier than simply trying to guess.
Reliable, effective filter
My mother-in-law handed an espring model down to us 6 years ago. Not sure how long she had it prior, but we've used it every day in those 6 years. I immediately could taste the difference between tap water and this filtered water (no more bad odor or aftertastes). I also know it's working when I change out the filter (not cheap, but what is that really works and is healthy for you? And it lasts for over a year with constant use of a family of 4) it is a gross dark brown color! And our tap water here in Memphis area is one of the best since we get ours from natural underground springs and acquifers. For me and my family, we will continue using this until it finally dies - then we'll buy another one. :-). I am giving it 5 stars due to the high satisfaction we have with it, and the reliability and obvious effectiveness of the filtering.
